Sarah is deeply committed to the sterile processing profession and is passionate about giving back through education, mentoring, and service. She is eager to support SoCal SPA’s mission and contribute to the continued growth and advancement of sterile processing professionals across Southern California.

Olumide Peters is the Sterile Processing Manager at USC Arcadia Hospital and the Founding Treasurer of the Southern California Sterile Processing Association (SoCal SPA). He brings extensive leadership experience across sterile processing management, education, budgeting, and process improvement, supported by multiple professional certifications and an MBA. As Treasurer since SoCal SPA’s inception, Olumide has helped establish and steward the Association’s financial foundations and remains committed to supporting its mission, sustainability, and growth through continued service.

Michelle Devee is a Sterile Processing Manager at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with strong leadership experience in sterile processing operations and team development. She holds CRCST and CST certifications and is actively pursuing her Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) credential. Michelle is passionate about giving back to the profession and is committed to advancing education, learning, and professional growth within the sterile processing community through service on the SoCal SPA Board.

Ivan Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Maximo Medical and currently serves as a Member‑at‑Large for the Southern California Sterile Processing Association. With more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in sterile processing, perioperative services, and healthcare operations, he brings a deep understanding of both the challenges and opportunities facing the profession. Ivan is passionate about advancing standards, supporting professional growth, and elevating the visibility and impact of sterile processing on patient outcomes through continued service to SoCal SPA.

Jennifer Greisen is a Principal, Strategic Solutions at Aesculap US and an incumbent Director on the SoCal Sterile Processing Association Board. She brings extensive experience in medical devices, off‑site instrument processing, and strategic operations, having held executive and leadership roles across healthcare services, manufacturing, and consulting. Jennifer is deeply committed to advancing education, collaboration, and knowledge‑sharing within the sterile processing community and continues to support SoCal SPA’s mission through active leadership and service.

Tameka Jones is a Sterile Processing Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center with extensive hands‑on and leadership experience across sterile processing operations, education, and regulatory compliance. She holds CRCST, CIS, and CER certifications and brings a strong passion for mentorship, inclusion, and continuous professional development. Tameka is committed to advancing SoCal SPA’s mission by fostering collaboration, supporting education at all career levels, and strengthening alignment with evolving industry standards to enhance patient safety.
